Day 1 Ernakulam to Munnar – Arrival & First Explorations

- Depart from Ernakulam (Kochi) at around 8:00 AM for a scenic drive to Munnar (130 km, approx. 4–5 hours).
- En route, stop for photo breaks at Cheeyappara Waterfalls and Valara Waterfalls, two of the most popular waterfalls on the way.
- Continue the drive, enjoying panoramic views of the Western Ghats.
Afternoon:
- Arrive in Munnar and check-in at your hotel or resort.
- Enjoy lunch and relax after the journey.
- Visit Blossom Park, a peaceful retreat amidst nature, perfect for a relaxing stroll and enjoying the cool mountain breeze.
- Optional: Visit the Tea Museum to learn about Munnar’s tea heritage and process.
Evening:
- Explore the local market for tea, spices, and handmade souvenirs.
- Return to the hotel for a cozy dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 Wildlife & Scenic Exploration in Munnar

Morning:
- Early breakfast and head to Eravikulam National Park (closed for 1–2 months for breeding season).
- Explore the park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and the Anamudi Peak, the highest peak in South India.
- Take a nature walk or short trek in the park to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and spot wildlife.
